Stephanie’s making the most of opportunities to fuel her career
Stephanie joined Total in early 2013 and is making the most of all it has to offer. As a reservoir engineer in the geosciences team, she works to forecast gas and condensate production on the exciting Ichthys LNG Project as well as provide expert advice on new business opportunities in Australia.
Contributing to success
Managing and optimising oil and gas reservoirs is no mean feat but it’s one that Stephanie relishes in her role at Total. Working collaboratively with joint venture partners, she not only sees how her work directly contributes to the company’s success, but she knows it’s all great experience to further her career.
Continuing to develop
Beyond the challenges of her day-to-day role, she believes Total’s training and development programs are first rate, with the opportunity to learn from in-house industry experts using practical examples from Total’s extensive global portfolio. She also relishes the rich cultural interactions she has at Total, enjoying the regular French lessons provided by the company.
"It’s the best of both worlds - you get a lot of responsibility and opportunity to work on interesting projects because you’re in a small independent team whilst also working for a company that is technically best in class with top industry experts."
